Final Four Set
The David Milchards look to hold off a late charge by the BladesWell, the playoffs are drawing to a close as the final four are set and underway with the Senators taking game one in a blow out. Early playoff pool leaders like the Bongwater and the Heroes have fallen by the wayside as the Canucks and the GM's that picked with their hearts all have to wait until next year. Meanwhile a very interesting battle is developing at the top of the board. Regular Season champions the East Van Blades have a real shot at taking top spot from the David Milchards as they have several players that they do not have in common. If the sabres and senators go seven games with a lot of goals we could see a real race at the top of the standings. This author beleives that if you don't have Anaheim and Ottawa going to the cup final you might be in trouble! One more month of hockey to see if the cup can stay in Canada and the East Van Blades can become the first team ever to capture the regular season title and the Stanley Cup in the same season.
